Az \u00e9rintett szem\u00e9ly itt szerepl\u0151 jogait a rendelkez\u00e9s 15-21 cikke r\u00e9szletezi. Az \u00e9rintett szem\u00e9ly a fenti jogait a Rendelettel \u00e9s a tov\u00e1bbi vonatkoz\u00f3 jogszab\u00e1lyokkal \u00f6sszhangban \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edti. Az \u00fczemeltet\u0151vel szemben az \u00e9rintett szem\u00e9ly \u00edr\u00e1sos k\u00e9relem vagy elektronikus eszk\u00f6z\u00f6k \u00fatj\u00e1n \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edtheti jogait. Amennyiben az \u00e9rintett szem\u00e9ly sz\u00f3beli inform\u00e1ci\u00f3t k\u00e9r, arra akkor van lehet\u0151s\u00e9g, ha az \u00e9rintett szem\u00e9ly igazolta szem\u00e9lyazonoss\u00e1g\u00e1t<\/p>\n

A Kassa R\u00e9gi\u00f3 Turizmus<\/strong> elfogadott valamennyi megfelel\u0151 szem\u00e9lyzeti, szervezeti \u00e9s m\u0171szaki int\u00e9zked\u00e9st annak \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben, hogy az \u00d6n szem\u00e9lyes adatait maxim\u00e1lis m\u00e9rt\u00e9kben v\u00e9dje \u00e9s a legnagyobb m\u00e9rt\u00e9kben cs\u00f6kkentse a vel\u00fck val\u00f3 vissza\u00e9l\u00e9s kock\u00e1zat\u00e1t. A Rendelet 34 cikk\u00e9n alapul\u00f3, sz\u00e1munkra el\u0151\u00edrt k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9g \u00e9rtelm\u00e9ben k\u00f6z\u00f6lj\u00fck \u00d6nnel, mint \u00e9rintett szem\u00e9llyel, hogy amennyiben olyan helyzet \u00e1ll fenn, hogy \u00fczemeltet\u0151k\u00e9nt megs\u00e9rtj\u00fck az \u00d6n szem\u00e9lyes adatainak v\u00e9delm\u00e9t olyan m\u00f3don, amely val\u00f3sz\u00edn\u0171leg a term\u00e9szetes szem\u00e9lyes jogainak \u00e9s szabads\u00e1g\u00e1nak nagyfok\u00fa kock\u00e1zat\u00e1t hozza mag\u00e1val, halad\u00e9ktalanul \u00e9rtes\u00edtj\u00fck \u00d6nt err\u0151l a t\u00e9nyr\u0151l.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

A jogszab\u00e1lyok \u00e9s ezzel kapcsolatban az \u00d6n szem\u00e9lyes adatainak feldolgoz\u00e1si m\u00f3djai v\u00e1ltozhatnak. Amennyiben friss\u00edteni k\u00edv\u00e1njuk ezeket az alapelveket, a v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sokat a weboldalunkon tessz\u00fck k\u00f6zz\u00e9 \u00e9s t\u00e1j\u00e9koztatjuk \u00d6nt az adott v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sokr\u00f3l.
