The cuisine under the baton of the chef Michael Thíry prepares modern dishes, but in the spirit of the legacy of Austro-Hungarian flavours. Local products are delivered by local farmers are used for preparing the meals, as the seasons change. Thanks to this, one may enjoy, for example, a non-traditional goat meat dish or fresh bryndza cheese. The restaurant regularly organizes gastronomic ventures, such as pig-slaughter, gaming feasts, or fish specials weeks. The restaurant, which was visited in the past by Emperor Franz Joseph I, is also located in a beautiful historic building in the charming Čermeľ Valley, which is only a thirty-minute walk from the city centre.
