Kúria Andrássyovcov v Gombaseku

The Rococo manor house of the Andrássy family, located in the cadastral area of Slavec in the Gombasek recreational site, dates back to the second half of the 18th century. It was declared a national cultural monument in 1975. This single-storey, basement-built structure has a rectangular floor plan and a mansard roof. In the 19th century, it underwent Classicist modifications.

The manor features a central entrance with a barrel vault. To the left of the entrance is a staircase leading to the basement, which extends only under part of the building. The interior layout consists of four rooms connected by a central corridor with a niche and an open stove. The windows with Rococo grilles are rectangular, with inwardly widening reveals and a straight cornice. The interiors are decorated with rich stucco vaults.

The last owners of the manor until 1945 were the Andrássy family. Today, the monument is part of an educational trail in the Gombasek area managed by the civic association Sine Metu, which also organizes the Gombasek summer camp. After renovation, a museum was created here displaying artefacts found during archaeological research of the Pauline monastery in Gombasek, as well as exhibits related to the iron production of the Andrássy family.
