Ranč pod Ostrou skalou

The Ranč pod Ostrou Skalou ranch near the Dobšinská Ice Cave, this is a true western story. A traditional log cabin from an American town in the Wild West and on a plate you have a good steak made from quality Charolais cattle bred on the ranch. Horses and virgin nature enhance the milieu. The modern menu of the restaurant consists mainly of traditional Slovak dishes, including gnocchi and pies, but it is supplemented with meat specialties that should not be missed on any ranch. Roasted brisket, smoked knee, local pig-slaughter-made sausages or trout of local breed - all of this is just the right cowboy feast.
