Sokol Medzev Campsite

The rustic-style Sokol Medzev campsite, located in the grounds of a house in the village of Medzev, spread over a large grassy courtyard, is detail-oriented in every way. The hosts are available almost all day, always smiling and friendly. The entrance gate to the campsite is from the village street, the front desk is right at the entrance, in the house. There are no subdivided plots at the campsite, so you can choose a plot that is currently available and convenient for you. In the centre of the campsite, there are elegantly furnished sanitary facilities, a lounge, a kitchenette, and a laundry room. can order breakfast on request, rent sports equipment or hiking brochures and maps. Near the campsite, there is a bowling alley where you can have fun and a tasty meal.

At the campsite, on the side of the church, there is a tourist information board that will direct you to the Guided Trail - In the Footsteps of Our Ancestors. You can also get here by a meadow path straight from the back side of the campsite. We recommend that you go through all 15 points. There are interesting points and information boards describing the history of the village, the inhabitants, and the local countryside.
