Tent Village

Within the grounds of the largest Greek Catholic pilgrimage site in Klokočov, a place has been created where spirituality meets nature and experiences blend with peace and tranquility. On the shores of the Zemplínska šírava reservoir – often called the “Slovak Sea” – a new tent village offers a unique accommodation experience inspired by the region’s pilgrimage traditions.

In the peaceful surroundings, visitors will find 10 fully equipped premium tents, providing comfort while staying close to nature. The atmosphere is complemented by a wooden gazebo, two fire pits for shared evenings, and an information point where guests can learn more about the surrounding area, events, and leisure activities.

The tent village operates from May to September and welcomes pilgrims, tourists, school groups, families, and scouts alike. It is a place where you can wake up with a view of the water, spend evenings by the fire, and explore a region that combines spiritual heritage with excellent recreational opportunities.
