Wake Vinnay

Modern water sports such as wakeboarding and wakeskating are gradually gaining more and more fans in Slovakia as well. The Wakemaster 2.0 electric cable wake system, located in the area of Hotel Vinnay at Vinianske Jazero, is used for wakeboarding, wakeskating, water skiing, and kneeboarding. It is 180 metres long and features two obstacles used for jumps and performing tricks. It is designed for the general public as well as professional riders, competitions, and group teambuilding events. The cable park operates from May to September.

The operating wake system complements the services offered in the Vinianske Jazero area and brings an opportunity for active recreation to this otherwise calm destination, which is popular for relaxation in a beautiful natural setting. In addition to the wake cable, visitors to Vinianske Jazero can try various other attractions such as “Wellness under the Stars,” forest bathing, a hike to Viniansky Castle, or other interesting activities in the nearby Zemplínska Šírava region.
