TurzoVIA Rope Park

Come and relax while experiencing something new at the TurzoVIA recreational park, located in the picturesque area of Turzov, just a few minutes from the center of Gelnica. This unique project was created to promote ecotourism and offer visitors active leisure time in a natural environment.

The main attraction is the rope park, covering an area of approximately 60 × 30 meters. You’ll find ten rope obstacles of varying difficulty – from easier elements for children and beginners to more challenging courses for the brave. A popular zipline is also included, allowing you to fly over the forest and experience a true sense of freedom. All obstacles are anchored to living trees, respecting the natural character of the forest and preserving its ecosystem.

The surroundings of the park offer plenty of opportunities for relaxation and fun. You can sit by the lake, use gazebos and fire pits for picnics or barbecues, walk along educational trails with information about local nature, enjoy refreshments at the seasonal snack bar, or rent sports equipment. No special gear is needed – just comfortable clothing and the desire to explore.
