Despite this, it remains accessible to visitors through the interactive experience Journey Through the Middle Ages, which uses virtual reality to recreate the atmosphere of the church during medieval times.

Visitors can explore the rich history of this Gothic church, admire its rare fresco decorations, and discover hidden spaces that remain physically inaccessible for now. The experience reveals details and historical messages that often escape the naked eye.

Part of the virtual tour includes AI-generated characters representing various social classes of medieval society—nobility, clergy, townspeople, peasants, craftsmen, and serfs. Visitors can interact with these characters, gaining a deeper understanding of the period.
